What We Are Looking For
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Human Resources Intern will be responsible to assist with administration and HR related tasks.
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS
- Provide administrative support.
- File documents and respond to clients and employees’ queries.
- Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for vacancies.
- Schedule interviews and confirm applicant’s availability.
- Assist with the onboarding of the new recruits.
- Organise all business arrangements and visitors’ programmes e.g. meetings, travel, functions, lunch and refreshments, flights, accommodation, etc.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Perform all other HR related ad-hoc duties.
- Adheres and implements Rheinmetall Denel Munitions Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance to ISO Standards with respect to SHE/ Quality/ Environmental/ Energy.
What Qualifications You Should Have
- NQF 6 in Human Resources or equivalent qualifications.
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills and high level of professionalism.
- Strong planning, organising and administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and demonstrate good judgement.
- Fully computer literate (all MS Office packages).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and office protocol.
