Executive Dean – Faculty of Engineering

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Dean to lead the Faculty of Engineering at the Potchefstroom Campus of a leading South African university. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the Faculty, drive academic excellence, strengthen research impact, foster industry partnerships, and position the Faculty as a leader in engineering education nationally and internationally.

Minimum Requirements

• A Doctoral degree in Engineering (NQF level 10).
• Membership of appropriate academic and professional networks.
• Professional registration with ECSA.
• A minimum of ten (10) years’ management experience.
• Specialist teaching and learning or research experience.
• Significant experience in higher education.
