Hydropower Systems (Pty) Ltd is looking for a qualified Training Specialist to join our team at Head Office in Potchefstroom.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Assessor, Moderator and Facilitator (SETA-accredited)
• Proven experience in managing training activities both internally and externally

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and managing internal training for HPS employees
• Developing employee development plans
• Managing on-site training for mine employees on HPS equipment and systems
• Ensuring all training meets quality, compliance and safety standards
• Creating learning materials for new projects (Learner Guides, Tests, Pre-use Checklists and Assessments)
